Iron King Yoke – Strongman Squat Stand

The Iron King Yoke can be used as traditional strongman squat/press stand, Yoke or Push/Drag.  The Yoke is manufactured by us in the UK using 70 x 70 x 3mm box section steel uprights. Versatile skid/storage feet, and a weight capacity topping 400 kilos. The Yoke is a compact and maneuverable piece of kit and with a footprint of 1.0m x 1.2m it will easily fit in to either garage or commercial gym.

The Yoke’s fully adjustable crossbar enables a wide range of workout possibilities, from a basic yoke carry to the Zercher carry, Zercher squat, and with its skid base there are numerous sled training exercises. The Yoke also comes with a pair Iron King J hooks so it can also be used for squats, bench or pressing movements, making it a genuine all-in-one option for a garage gym or commercial facility.
