The Iron King Strength Barrow, by no means do we claim the Strength Barrow to be an ‘essential’ piece of equipment, but it’s so much more fun to switch things up!

Used inside or outside with its solid puncture proof tyre, The Strength Barrow is a multi functional piece of equipment, with two 45cm loadable plate sleeves (tested to 250 kilos per sleeve) and 60cm long grips for grip variations. You can pull it, push it, do farmers walks, great for shrugs also lock the front wheel for viking presses, the list goes on, the Strength Barrow is an all over work out with one piece of equipment.
