Returns Policy…

Customers need to notify us within 24 hours of any damages or need to return

If for whatever reason you wish to return an item, you may do so at any time up to 24 hours after receiving the goods* for a full refund. You must inform us in writing or by email of your intention to return the goods within this 24 hour period and return the goods unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returned goods must be in a sale-able condition, together with the sales receipt, ensuring that the goods are adequately insured during their return journey.

You, the purchaser, will be responsible for returning the item and must make your own arrangements to do so and pay all carriage costs, unless the returned goods prove defective or faulty through no fault of your own. In such cases, we will arrange collection of goods. Only after we receive the returned goods in a sale-able condition can we refund the value of the goods in full. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed and appear in your account.

All welded goods have a life time guarentee on welds, provided they have been used in line with our fair use policy.

Undelivered bespoke made equipment is subject to a 70% cancellation charge.
