30 Days of Fitness Workout

Have you got what it takes for our 30 Days of Fitness 30 Minute workout challenge?

Barbell Front Squat – Load the bar with a weight in which you can get 10 reps. Try and get as many reps as you can within 5 minutes. Rest no more  than 30 seconds after each time you rack. (Don’t go to failure on each set).

Barbell Deadlift – Load bar with a weight where you can comfortably do 5 reps. Then, on the minute every minute for 5 minutes complete 5 reps. The goal will be to have completed 25 reps by the end of the 5 minutes.

Bodyweight Lunge – Complete as many walking lunges as you can within 5 minutes.

Standing Calf Raise – Complete as many calf raises as you can within 5 minutes. Rest as needed.

Sled Drag – Load sled to a weight in which you can push from one side of the room to the other for 5 minutes.

Run – Finish off with a 5 minute cool down run.


Barbell / Squat Rack / Bumper Plates / Dumbbells / Weight Sled
